Burke Prize in Rhetoric

Available to graduate students in English and Communication Arts and Sciences

Center for Democratic Deliberation Student Engagement Award

Available to any undergraduate student at Penn State who participation democratic deliberation and/or civic engagement work through classes or community projects.

Rhetoric of the Civil Rights Essay Contest

This contest, sponsored by the Center for Democratic Deliberation, is open to any Penn State undergraduate student who writes an essay based on material from the Rhetoric of the Civil Rights Movement and/or Voices of Democracy collections.
