Biography:
Sandy founded her Baltimore-based agency after serving as vice-chair and CEO of a major full-service advertising and public relations firm. Prior to that, Sandy led the Baltimore Office of Promotion and Tourism for 13 years as its executive director.
She was dubbed the “impresario of urban America” by Time magazine for her revolutionary and internationally recognized work in transforming Baltimore’s Inner Harbor into a world-class tourism destination. She currently sits on the boards of The University of Maryland Foundation, The Greater Baltimore Committee and Living Classrooms.
